Add a new FAQ section in the documentation

It would be nice to add a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section in doc/template.txt, and at least mention the following:

  • Using a shell other than a POSIX-sh compatible one (e.g. fish) may not, the workaround is to :set shell (see #107).
  • Some examples on how to use g:templates_name_prefix and friends (see #63, #91, and #52).

...and maybe others. Skimming through the issues tagged as question would be a good source for the FAQ section.

I have added some quick notes in a new “Troubleshooting” section in the documentation. It would still be a good idea to go over the issues tagged with “question” and add a few more items in there — therefore I am leaving this issue open for now.
