Increase backlog size

When running sshuttle I sometimes get ECONNREFUSED errors. I suspect this has to do with the low backlog size of 5. This patch sets the backlog to SOMAXCONN which on Linux is 128.

This looks like it will get around backlog connections not getting through in heavy usage.
