[BUG]proxysql+mysql：new users added to ProxySQL are lost after the ProxySQL pod restarts

Describe the bug In a ProxySQL + MySQL architecture, when adding a new user, it needs to be created in both ProxySQL and MySQL. However, since ProxySQL does not support persistence, any new users added to ProxySQL are lost after the ProxySQL pod restarts.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
