The relationship between DTU training data and Depth_raw

Can somebody tell me what the relationship is between these two data sets? And how to follow with the example's folder structure.

If I understand correctly:

Depth Raw is pre-processed DTU, so it's not needed.
If you do normal training and fine tuning, just unzip the DTU dataset. The example structure is (maybe) there for 1. Create your own dataset - 2. Check with the unziped DTU data.

DTU dataset contains depths as well, are those enough or is Depth_raw necessarily required?
