Hi developer, I wonder whether geNomad can make Baltimore classification (DNA, dsDNA, ssDNA, ssDNA-RT, dsRNA, RNA, ssRNA, ssRNA-RT) for the viruses? Thank you!

You can use the realm-level classification to infer the Baltimore classes:

• Duplodnaviria: dsDNA
• Varidnaviria: dsDNA
• Monodnaviria: ssDNA
• Riboviria: Multiple types of RNA virus. You can use lower ranks to try to infer the exact classes (ssRNA-RT, dsRNA, etc.), using ViralZone as a reference.
