Scroll highlight failure when scrolling past first page

Until the entire first pagefull of code is off the screen, the minimap highlight region does not update. After this happens it updates correctly until the very top of the file is touched again after which the same effect occurs.

Further issues have shown up that I believe are related. When scrolling to the bottom of a file, the main editor window seems to get stuck in much the same way the minmap window does when scrolling to the top.

Restart of eclipse did not solve the problem, but removal of the minimap dropin did.
