Plugin can't be loaded

I used the Version: 3.5.2 of Eclipse I put the folder /plugins containing the .jar (com.pauzies.minimap_1.0.0.201301120125.jar) in my eclipse dropin directory Then, I restarted eclipse I can't find minimap in the available view

Trying to install Minimap on Windows 7 with Aptana 3, and not having success. I am doing the following:

C:\Users[YOURUSERNAME]\AppData\Roamng\Appcelerator\Aptana Studio\dropins

I am copying the java file over and restarting Aptana 3, but the Minimap is not showing up. Any updates with this?

Im having the same issue with Aptana 3.6.1.201410201044. Nothing shows up in my log file. Just doesn't load.
