Value of type 'SearchTextField' has no member 'highlightAttributes'

Not sure if it's my build settings or what but I just updated to 1.2.0 from 1.0.4. Other properties I'm setting are working as expected. I see the property definition in the pod but not sure what is going on.

Did you do a clean after updating? I have problems like this sometimes when updating to a newer pod version. And doing a clean and run does normal resolve the issue.

I'm not 100% i did try a clean, I'll try again, i ended up downgrading to 1.1.8 and things worked out. I'll report back if I learn anything new. Thanks for the reply.

upgrade to swift 4.0 can solve this issue

I'm also getting this issue even after updating to swift 4.0.
