Not add custom inputs

Is there a way I can handle only autocomplete fields can be entered and no custom input from us can be added.

Let's take a user story, When I open the form with autocomplete text fields. There are few fields in it in which you can enter your own text in it which is not in the datasource of autocomplete field, but I WANT TO IMPLEMENT AUTO COMPLETE with the feature that user has to select an option from the data source itself, they cannot add their own.
