update readme & mark repo as archived

since this plugin has been transferred to @aiven (to https://github.com/aiven/prometheus-exporter-plugin-for-opensearch) it would make sense to update the README to point to the new location and then mark this repo as archived (the latter is something only a repo admin can do, i.e. probably only @aparo).

currently this isn't visible here and it seems that people then sometimes also waste time with trying to update the plugin (see e.g. #13)
