more kbd accellerators

the = menu items, could they be self-documenting CTRL- kbd accellerators or something? I would love to be able to do some stuff without mouse. HJKL and emacs steerage even for item sorting in list?

I'm looking at the options. I think this requires adding a notion of a "note focus" - that is, when a note is not yet in a edit mode, but still selected to receive all keyboard input... just need to figure out how to do this unobtrusively.

To keep track of recent changes, with the release 20210410:

• Alt-UpArrow ends note editing and collapses it
• Alt-DownArrow ends editing and uncollapses the note
• Alt-R ends editing and toggles note's "raw" flags
