Constant beachball

Hello there,

I'm trying out Autumn and after running some scripts it is now constantly beachballing while trying to just use the editor (even without the script running). Any ideas on how to reset it?

I'm seeing the beachball any time I try to interact with the menu item, for about 15 seconds, and then it's fine. I'm also seeing frequent slow responses to keyboard shortcuts. I haven't changed my script in ages, and this performance drop has been going on for a few weeks now, I think, persisting over quitting/restarting the app and restarting the computer.
