Documented a few .apt. I Mainly recorded the discrepancies observed while following the steps on a Windows based machine.

Documentation updates are greatly appreciated, but it seems that this PR undoes a number of recent changes. E.g the move to the org.apache version of Hyracks and the version number. Could you update the PR to only include the intended changes?
