Describe the bug Potential memory leak in Annotation Browser View

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open a large CAs in the CAS Editor
  2. Close the CAS Editor
  3. Garbage collect
  4. goto 1.

Expected behavior Memory usage should drop to initial value.
