9.2.0: tons of HTTPInfo::response unmarshal failed and Invalid object length for deserialization0

Version: 9.2.0 OS: Fedora 37

Issue:

"/usr/bin/traffic_cache_tool --spans /dev/xvdc1 scan"

generates a lot of these messages and the diskcache seems to be partly defective as it gives out binary nonsense:

diags.log and manager.log are clear of any errors.
