QUIC Statistics

  • First tasks is to create a list of stats that we need, using h1, h2, and TLS as a guide
  • Circulate the list in the h3 meeting

What stats do we need for QUIC? Do we also need independent HQ stats or UDP stats? Probably we need connection/transaction stats like http/1.1 and h2. TLS specific statistics like ssl are also needed.

@zwoop is working on rewriting metrics. This task should be worked on after his work is merged.

I will migrate the existing H3 RSB block to the new metrics this weekend or first thing next week.
