Logs don't display URL properly for plugins

Migrating from 8.1.x to 9.2.4, I see that we are losing the url hostname used to reach out for plugins. Maybe there is a missing configuration, but this used to work in the past.

An observation. This might be important to other plugins. Maybe the plugin needs to be modified to support hostname. Same happens with the stats_over_http in the traffic server repository
