Add Matomo (web analytics) to TPv2

This PR adds analytics to TPv2 in the form of Matomo for CiaB. It is still very much a work in progress but wanted to get what I had out there. All users are either matomo or root and all passwords are twelve. Matomo can be seen at port 4243 and will prompt for some light finishing of setup, but is running even before then.
