Traffic Portal: Defaults for cachegroup creation

When provisioning cache groups through Traffic Portal, there should be some default value (-1 ?) for geo lat/long as it is required. Cache group is required for any non-cache servers provisioned.

The Parent Cache group should also maybe have a value of "None" instead of "Select..." even if the field isn't mandatory. I believe I've seen this 'Select...' throughout Traffic Portal that sometime confused me about having to select something.

@smalenfant - not sure i really understand. lat/long is required on a cache group as far as i know. therefore, this seems appropriate

not sure a default makes a lot of sense. does it?
