Syncope refactoring and initial setup for livesync extension. TODO:

  • [ ] Add unit and integration for livesync.
  • [ ] Update core/persistence-jpa-json/src/test/resources/domains/MasterContent.xml.
  • [ ] Remove LiveSyncDAO#findByEntityID.
  • [ ] Extract validation super class for LiveSync and ExternalResource.
  • [ ] Replace argument ResourceProvision in LiveSyncStreamPullJobDelegate#stream with LiveSyncProvision.
