feat(example): Superset Community Dashboard

SUMMARY

Adds a live dashboard, using Shellelagh to pull data from a Google sheet (generated by GitHub actions) and the GitHub API (also via Shellelagh)

TODO: Add licenses Warn when loading examples that you'll hit external sources (Google, GitHub) - this will make ASF happy
