Add option timestamp option to OPC UA adapter

A user should have the configuration possibility to use the timestamp of the OPC UA Server as event time. Currently the timestamp has to be added in the schema editor by clicking Add timestamp. With this option, the adapter will add a timestamp, but this might differ from the original time of the data source.
