Add Cypress E2E Tests for Compact Adapter Feature

Implement end-to-end (E2E) tests using Cypress to validate the new compact adapter feature.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. Verify that adapters can be created successfully via REST API calls.
  2. Confirm that the creation process is correctly reflected and functional in the user interface (UI).
