Improve home screen status widgets

Currently, we show four status widgets in the application's home screen (pipelines, running pipelines, notifications, pipeline elements). We can improve the initial user experience by showing information on existing adapters, pipelines, data explorer views and dashboards. Users should also be able to navigate to the resources. Resources should be shown based on the current user permissions.
