Enable migrations for scenarios where the event stream is affected

Within https://github.com/apache/streampipes/issues/2001 we introduced basic support for migrating pipeline elements. This only covers migrations where only the configuration is adapted. Changes that affect the produced event stream are not yet considered. This shall be included in this issue.
