Add SolrPrometheusExporter creation in Solr Helm chart

Currently, Solr Helm Chart supports only SolrCloud object creation. Since SolrPrometheusExporter is part of the Solr-Operator, let's also add its creation in the Solr Helm Chart as an optional resource.
