[JavaClient][OAP] Add BanyanBD client SSL configurations

• [X] I had searched in the issues and found no similar feature requirement.

Description

BanyanDB and Java Client support SSL connection, but OAP does not provide these configurations now. Such as:

• forceTLS
• sslTrustCAPath
• sslCertChainPath
• sslKeyPath

Use case

OAP can provide the above configuration to open the SSL connection.
