Support Chinese?

I saw readme which read: support i18n. But I don't know how to switch Chinese?

Currently other languages are not currently supported. Although i18n is on the roadmap, it is not currently on the agenda.

I think it should be necessary to put it into the RC version. @wu-sheng @peng-yongsheng Is this idea suitable?

I am OK, if you think necessary. Chinese is not high priority to me. APM system includes only few words, and few could be translated.
