[Task] Proxy plug-ins support registry configuration by selector level

Description

Now, ShenYu support multi Proxy plug-ins, but shenyu just config registry by plugin, this limits the use of multiple registries by users.

Task List

1. [ ] support plugin registry by default.
2. [ ] support registry configuration in the selector, keep a connection with same registry.
