Which version of ShardingSphere did you use?

Parent pom was bumped in https://github.com/apache/shardingsphere/pull/25328

Expected behavior

gpg signing worked properly in most environment.

Actual behavior

The parent pom apache-21 was using maven-gpg-plugin:1.6, which worked in most environment.

maven-gpg-plugin:3.0.1 has blocking issue. https://issues.apache.org/jira/projects/MGPG/issues/MGPG-90
