Job status always stay crashed at Job dimension

Hi, I used elasticjob 3.0.1 by spring namespace and it runs normally. Then I start elasticjob-ui 3.0.1, at job dimension all of job's status is crashed. Help plz (=>) zookeeper version 3.7.0
