[Feature][Doc] SeaTunnel Documentation Instructions for Version Upgrade

Description
Hello, as the version iteration of SeaTunnel is getting faster and faster, many previous bugs have been fixed in each iteration. However, there is no documentation on the official website regarding how to upgrade. May I ask if it is possible to supplement a guide on the correct upgrade of the SeaTunnel software in a production environment?
