[Bug] website https://rocketmq.apache.org/version/ appears always in chinese language

https://rocketmq.apache.org/zh/version/ shows in Chinese as expected https://rocketmq.apache.org/version/ also shows in Chinese, but it is supposed to be the English version.

Steps to Reproduce

go to https://rocketmq.apache.org/zh/version/ select English see no change (except for minor styling)

see same page in English
