Prometheus comments

RocketMQ exporter does not show metrics comments and some metrics are not intuitive to understand.

For example, what rocketmq_brokeruntime_pmdt_0ms stands for?

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Launch rocketmq-exporter and look at the output

Expected behavior Prometheus comments for each metric.
