What issue do you find in Pulsar docs?

In the chapter "Subscriptions" and more exactly in the subchapter "Failover | Non-Partitionned topics", I think there is an issue with the assignments on the second diagram. It's written "The non-partitioned topic 1 and non-partitioned topic 4 are assigned to consumer B. Consumer A is their stand-by consumer." But in the diagram, the topic 1 and the topic 4 are assigned to the consumer A. It's the same case for the second assignment.

What is your suggestion?

You just need to change the diagram to draw the correct assignments.
