pulsar-helm-chart Pulsar manager service fails saying "2024-05-07 15:02:17,476 INFO exited: pulsar-manager-backend (terminated by SIGKILL; not expected)"

Describe the bug I am using the latest pulsar helm chart to deploy pulsar. We had a requirement to add the pulsar-manager. Enabled pulsar manager. I've provided database url, username and password. We are using a postgres DB (AWS RDS). The pod comes up. But the service keeps failing with the below message.

2024-05-07 15:02:17,476 INFO exited: pulsar-manager-backend (terminated by SIGKILL; not expected)

There are no other logs to see whats wrong. The pulsar-manager logs dont show anything as well.

there's a fix #485 which will be part of the next release. It might help with the issue.

This might be fixed in 3.4.1 version of the Pulsar Helm chart. Please reopen the issue if the problem persists.
