[Feature Request]: Support certificate authenitcation in OPC-UA (X509IdentityToken)

What would you like to happen?

As per #1844 we currently do not support certificate authentication. It is third way to conduct user authentication beyond anonymous and username. Adding it would improve coverage of specification.
