Pinot not loading segments to deep storage, and deletes segments in tmp folders

Hi, I am using a Kinesis Consumer, and once the segments reaches number of rows, Pinot is not creating any new segments as well as not being able to upload the segments to S3, which causes that after segments are deleted from tmp, Pinot is not able to query any table.
