Phoenix-6742 Add UUID type

I had to close the other pull request ( https://github.com/apache/phoenix/pull/1458 ) and rebuild the branch and make new pull request , because branch PHOENIX-6742, where was the changes , was not merged with master (when there was not conflicts in that moment); and as master was evolving, then, some conflicts with the master branch appears; and I had to resolve the conflicts.

I don't know if there is any cleaner procedure to solve it; I suppose there is; but I don't know how to do it.

Please, I whould like to know if this new feature is going to be considered or not. I have not had an answer for months. I don't know if it was due to lack of time or because this feature is considered unnecessary.

If it is considered unnecessary, I would appreciate it if you would indicate it to me so as not to waste more time on follow-up work.
