Motivation

Set the following parameters when creating a table: tag.creation-period'='daily', 'tag.creation-delay' =' 0 m', 'metastore.tag-to-partition' =' day', 'metastore.partitioned-table' = 'true', but cannot be used in flink,spark, Adding a tag using create_tag in paimon-Flink-action-0.0.0-incubating.jar cannot be successful every time. Some incubators report that tags exist, and hive displays incomplete tags.
