[Feature] shrink Paimon format package size

Motivation

Gravitino is a unified metadata management system which supports Paimon catalog, we are shrinking Paimon catalog jars in https://github.com/apache/gravitino/pull/4547 and found paimon-format jar is 20M which contains the dependence jars, is it expected? Is there any plan to shrink the size?

Solution

Remove the dependences jars from paimon-format since paimon-bundle contains the dependences jars.
