Motivation

HIVE has now released 4.0.0. It solves many of the problems that HIVE 3.X has had for a long time. It is a production-ready version. We hope that the PaimonStorageHandle and hive-catalog can be used normally while using HIVE 4.0.0.

@JingsongLi hello. Since HIVE stopped the maintenance of 1.X,2.X versions, the EOL of 3.X version is in progress.Can we add support for 4.X?
