[Feature] cdc action support logical deletion

Motivation

Sync mysql data to paimon. If the detele operation fails to delete data directly, add the del_flag field to the table, indicating that the record is deleted.

Ignore ddl statements such as drop, truncate, etc

Thanks your suggestion! Actually I'm working on support logical deletion in Kafka CDC. I am willing to do some works later.
