What changes were proposed in this pull request?

We are in process of deprecating ozone.om.enable.filesystem.paths. We need to remove all the dependencies on the OzoneManager.getEnableFileSystemPaths() method since it depends on the OZONE_OM_ENABLE_FILESYSTEM_PATHS config key.
