Waiting for the Whisk invoker without HEAD but GET

In target 'quick-start-pause', waiting for the Whisk invoker until it respond with PONG. by requests PING. However, it will wait forever because the server never respond to any HEAD requests. cf. https://github.com/apache/openwhisk/pull/4494

This works locally -- the build is failing on the containers not running, it seems?
