Removed whitespace between tags <bookmark_value> and other superfluous whitespace (branch Latest)

Commits contain removed whitespace from tags <bookmark_value> and some other odd instances encountered while working on the files. The commits with .gitattirbutes should be ignored though. One is for creating the file and one for deleting it. I don't seem to be able to delete these twoo entries .gitattributes. Sorry for that

Last commit 7 was after resolving a conflict. Didn't know/realise it was added to this PR

I think I have done the major part in cleaning up the Help files. There are certainly a lot of small errors left but that can be fixed with normal maintenance. The resulting en-US.sdf found here should be cleaner now: https://nightlies.apache.org/openoffice/install/linsnap-42x/?C=M;O=D
