Update Presentation wizard for wide screen formats

Add wide screen formats to Presentation Wizard. Remove option for slides.

Beware: Because of the string changes this can only be merged when we have a working translation process and are able to provide updated SDF files shortly after.

Tested. Works perfectly (except for the Preview, which didn't work anyway). Excellent "new" feature that was really missing in AOO! Thanks!
