Additional countries joined the euro area; Estonia (2011), Latvia (2014), Lithuania (2015) and Croatia (2023), see:

This PR adds them to the Euro Converter wizard.

Beware: Because of the string changes this can only be merged when we have a working translation process and are able to provide updated SDF files shortly after.
