extjs filter that leads to replay attacks problems

Remove the filter which causes double work on the KDC and leads to replay attacks and a non working oozie ui when in a kerberos aware browser against a kerberos cluster.

Thanks for finding and fixing this bug. However, we don't do pull requests. Can you file a JIRA against Oozie (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OOZIE/) and post a patch there?
