Improved: display Run Service forms with dynamic fields (OFBIZ-12869)

With this PR the run service forms will display service parameters
fields dynamically (for example a field for a Timestamp parameter will
be displayed as a datetime picker) using auto-fields-service like system

I reviewed/tested your PR and can confirm that the change leads to the date picker being shown when scheduling the addProdCatalogToParty service.

I did not test it further.
